Supporting Duty Manager

We are currently looking for a part time Designate Duty Manager to join our team. You must be a natural leader who is ambitious, flexible, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills whilst enjoying working as part of a team. The role is varied and you need to be a fast thinker and work well under pressure.

For this role you will be stepping in to support our full time duty managers during our busy peak seasons and events calendar.

Our attraction’s success revolves around our guests and you’ll spend every day finding ways to do things better, for them. Our guests will expect very high standards, so everything we do will be geared towards giving them an outstanding experience every time they visit.

You will work mornings and evenings over the weekend with some overnight work catering for our events. You must have a guest focused approach, be passionate about our standards and implementing our ways of working, ensuring that the attraction operates within procedure at all times.

We’re looking for an individual who has a flair for guest service, has strong communication skills, has a friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests.

Hourly Rate: £9.80 per hour

Contract: Part time, 16 hour permanent contract with the opportunity to work increased hours during our peak season and as a result of our event calendar (weekends and bank holidays included)
