We hope you are doing well in these testing times. We have been assessing the situation daily and following government advice, however, the time has come for us to take the difficult decision to close Oxford Castle & Prison as of 5 pm on Friday 20th March until further notice.
As a business, we want to support the global effort to bring this pandemic to an end quickly and it is for that reason we are temporarily shutting our doors, we want to thank you for your support and are genuinely looking forward to welcoming to Oxford Castle & Prison when we reopen.
If you have made a booking before June 15th 2020, we will have emailed you regarding the next steps. If you have not received this email, please email us at email@example.com and a member of our reservations team will be in touch. Please note that, due to the number of guests impacted by these circumstances, there may be a delay in our response times, however we will be in touch within two weeks of your email.
Please do stay engaged with our social media channels (including Facebook) and we’ll keep our website up to date regularly.
In the meantime, stay safe and keep smiling.
Chris Abbott, General Manager, and the Oxford Castle & Prison Team
