Our annual spooktacular Ghost Fest is back!

Do you dare join us for one of our evening Spooky Tours? Hear the haunting stories of our 1,000-year past and let our gruesome history come to life! Who knows what (or who!) you’ll discover…

We’ve also got the return of our resident warlock Merlin who awaits your presence in the Crypt for Potion Making for a magical 1 hour family-friendly session.

Spooky Tours

Are you brave enough to visit one of the most haunted places in the UK? Discover the stories that are too dark to be included in our daytime tours!

Tour the vaulted well chamber, visit the punishment cells and go underground into the dark, damp Crypt. Head to the top of St. Georges Tower to view the dreaming spires as the city lights twinkle.

Make sure to bring a torch (or your phone) as we will be turning off the lights and carrying out parts of the tour in the pitch black, to give you the essence of what it is like to hunt for ghosts.
