Timing

• The standard school visit runs from 10am-2pm (including the tour, workshop, and a break for lunch)
• Our tours run every 30 minutes so this can be flexible.

Group size

• Up to 35 students (1 class), or 65 students (2 classes) if booked with a workshop.
• One adult is admitted free with every 10 children, 1:5 for KS1. 
• Free familiarisation visit available for group organisers.

For larger groups please contact us to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

Price

• £12.95 per child (up to the age of 16) for a guided tour and a workshop.
• Additional workshop charged at £2.50 per child.

Parking

A coach drop off point is located on Beaumont Street (westbound) – just outside the Playhouse (OX1 2LW). There is coach parking is available at Redbridge Park and Ride. For more details about coaches and a map of Oxford’s car parks and drop off points please visit the Oxford City Council website

Lunch

Schools booking a tour and workshop will have free use of the lunchroom as part of their visit.
