With 1,000 years of history to our name, Oxford Castle & Prison have seen many faces come and go, but some remain long after their first departure… Oxford Castle & Prison was recognised by the BBC as one of the most haunted buildings in the UK.
Paranormal investigators and ghost hunters gain exclusive access to the Crypt, the base of St George’s Tower, the D-Wing of the prison and the first two floors of Debtors Tower. If you would like to use the well-chamber in the castle mound or the punishment cells in the exercise yard, please let us know in advance. Since both of these are outside of the main buildings we cannot guarantee access.
Booking a Ghost Hunt also includes free tea and coffee for your guests.
What is more exciting (or terrifying?) than spending a whole night in our Castle & Prison?
