Booking

1. Parties must have a minimum of 10 people.
2. Parties have a maximum of 100 people depending on your chosen experience.
3. Your booking includes exclusive access of the venue for the duration of your Christmas Party.
4. Christmas Parties must book at least 1 entertainment and 1 catering package.
5. Final numbers for your Christmas Party must be confirmed 14 days before the date of your Christmas Party.
6. All items, belongings and other property brought into the Attraction by a group are at the group’s own risk and Oxford Castle & Prison accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property.

Payment

1. A £120 non-refundable deposit must be made to secure your booking.
2. Full payment will be required 14 days in advance of your event by debit/credit card or BACS transfer. Failure to pay your outstanding balance will result in us releasing your booking.
3. Cheques must be made payable to Heritage Projects (Oxford Castle) Ltd and sent to: Continuum Attractions, St Edmund’s House, Margaret Street, York, YO10 4UX.
4. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your arrival time. All cancellations made within 14 days of the booked visit date will not receive a refund. Cancellation fees are 100% of the booking. To cancel your booking please email info@oxfordcastleandprison.co.uk. Continuum Leading Attractions retains absolute discretion as to whether late cancellations will be charged.
5. Oxford Castle & Prison reserves the right to charge for any amendments made within the 14 day period prior to arrival.
6. Groups arriving with fewer people than originally booked will be charged for all pre-ordered numbers.

Refusal of Entry

Oxford Castle and Prison reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

• Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Does not respect the historical nature of the attraction.
• Behaves in a manner that is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors.
• Behaves in a manner that compromises the safety of other visitors or staff.
• Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff.
• Causes damage or physical disruption to any part of the attraction.
